my new mental fitness routine

Increasing my peace of mind requires a balanced sense of control.
When I stop worrying, I have more energy to devote to things I enjoy.
I self-medicated by creating cartoons for the last few years with my partner.
This cartoon is a coping skill for me.
It also helps build that creative muscle. It's a workout.
